Something different here in the M65 Mack dump in 1/87 scale, a resin kit from Ralph Ratcliffe Models. This is pretty much 'box stock' with the addition of a few details. Briefly, the effects here were done by painting brown, coat of Future, Yellow finish coat, scrub with Windex. Acrylic washes followed, with coats of flat lacquer between washes and artists chalks to finish.

hi chester,
very nice work and then also very well presented.

Looks more like 1:48. Not bad at all. -- Russ

Nifty kit. And a great build, excellent weathering in such a small scale too.

Rather well done sir.

Excellent .. most so. Went to the website - and the model is on the homepage. Well .. I think so. Just why the url is - http://www.bestweightlossguidelines.com/ .. weird stuff. :)

I really like the way the horizontal bars in the radiator guard show signs of "use."  Nice touch.

That looks cool, I really like the effect in the hopper.  The truck looks a bit light though, you might want to flatten off the bottom of the tyres a bit to give it more weight?

Definetly different! But very well done. Russ is right, it doesn't look as small as it is.

You make it sounds so straightforward Chetser. I especially like the worn steel effects you achieved.
You may ask yourself: "Well, how did I get here?"
