Great pics! The Nevada Northern is my favorite preserved railroad. I never had the chance to do the tour of the shops in the past but hope to do so sometime soon.

The 3D printed parts are piling up, so it is high time I start to build some of my kits.
Here is a partial testassembly of the travelling crane dolly:

A lot of dust still showing after the wet sending, but the parts seem to go together quite as intended.
A little more ramlings on 3D printed parts in the last posting on my blog.

Thanks!
But I must confess it is 1:45, the  Scandinavian/Swedish flavour of 0-scale.

Oh, 1:45? I retract my statement. Anyone can do that in 1:45 .... -- ssuR

Hi Hauk.
Your build is like a old friend warm and familiar.
cheers

Hauk

The dreaded 120 day warning popped up again, so I guess it really is time to get things going again!
I seldom make excuses for not doing any modelling, but I just have to mention that the weather just has been too nice this summer. So modelling had to take the back seat while the days were spent bathing and doing other sorts of nice, but utterly uninteresting stuff.

The 3D printed parts are just piling up, so getting some paint of them is next up. I got them prepared for painting just in time for the summer holidays.

So bring on the rain!

PS: Good to see that the forum is up and running again.

It's good that we have this 120-day warning, otherwise we would have had to wait much longer for your great contributions!
In this case, rain has another advantage besides just being good for nature.

They do that!  So much effort (and eventual joy) for the first few, then before you know it they stack up faster than you can assemble them.

Thanks for noticing my effort, Russ! As I often have rather limited progress to show when I get the urge to post, I try to at least make the images interesting.
