Quotethe mechanism is rubbish

Looks like a Bachpersonn Porter? My one did a really good duck waddle on the odd occasion when the pick-ups worked. That was after testing all the samples at the hobby shop – the others were all returned to the importer.

I had sent Bachmann my CAD drawings for a 7 ton Porter along with some photos but failed to lavish compliments on the pilot model, especially regarding its operation. Bachmann's Lee Riley was annoyed and asked, "Gee, what do you want?" They ultimately sent seven review samples. I still have five and none runs well and none reflect my drawings. Altogether mildly disappointing. -- Russ

The mechanism is a representation only and is a guide to get the other dimensions.
It is always a source of wonder that there is no simpler good good-quality Ho steam mechanisms available.

Good morning all,
Back into modelling, the mill is emerging from the darkness.
I really should finish the main building, but the conveyor belt needs to be plannedDSC_8819.JPGDSC_8803.JPG.

Kim,
"All the best" not only is a nice closing thought, it also describes your modelling.

Evening all.
Moving along with the next bit.
The conveyor belt, yes, there is an actual bucket system buried inside,DSC_8850.JPGDSC_8854.JPG but in the end it is better that it stays in there.
Now I think I will build a whole rotting industrial complex,

And when you start to put all the bits together.
The conveyor ends up over the top of a barge that will receive the cargo.
The opportunity is all the dead space under the main building.

The structure looks like it's about to collapse. I like it. -- Russ

Hi Kim,
Always nice to marvel at your "crazy" ideas!

Looking at it in the morning, it looks like it has had a fire through it, but don't worry, a few extra pieces of wood will fix it.

 Morning all.
It is always great to see everybody update on their projects, just the best.
On the subject of updates, note my intro into mine.
Here is a side view. to my mind, the proportions are a bit long, but the challenge is to fix it all.
Cheers.
