I seem to be on a run of quirky techniques and materials. Here's another one. It may have some interesting applications potential: UV resin soap bubble texture

I found this on a craft video. It struck me as something for creating unique water effects, mostly for larger scales, and maybe even in some smaller scale situations.
The whole video is almost 20 min, but the bubble texture part is first and just under 5 minutes. What does anybody think?

If I had to take a deep dive to make a guess at a diagnosis, it would be: "the bends"
