Cut 2 wood pieces for each end of the pilot beam to lock it in place (photo5). Note that ALL wood pieces contacting painted surfaces have plastic foam protectors! After these are screwed in place cut pieces of 3/8 inch plywood and screw them to the top of these blocks to trap the pilot beam in place, preventing upward movement (photo 6).
An rear frame brace was cut to prevent backward movement (Photo 7). Another piece of 3/8 plywood was screwed on top of this block to prevent any upward movement at the rear of the frame (photo 8).
The frame is now completely supported, and is trapped in place against any movement.
