Title: Gene Workboat in 1:48
Post by: Rail and Tie on April 02, 2026, 12:17:06 PM
WIP.  Finally getting around to getting this one done ready for kitting.  It took some time to get the figures done for this one. I probably should have modeled them in Meshy, but found them on CG trader with a lot less work.

The cabin walls are made from 0.025 Birch wood paper which is a laminate of birch veneer outer layers with a layer of plastic between. Extremely durable and flexible.

This 40ft workboat delivered crews and supplies to the Dolly Varden Mine on the BC coast over a century ago.
