Apparently, Photobucket has seen the error of its ways and it was its CEO. Its photos have been restored, there is a new pricing structure in place, and the CEO has left the company. I never used the service but I know many of you did, so this could be welcome news.

My views on this subject - I hope they go bust along with all the other money grabbing ******** with there so called experiments or lets see what the punters will put up with - most forums have suffered badly when all the photos just disappeared which made the topics useless with out the photos.

I checked to see whether any broken links miraculously repaired themselves. Nope. Did I expect anything? Nope. Do I wish people had listened when I asked everyone to upload jpegs instead of links? Yep. Will any of this make a difference in our lives? Nope. Even so, do I hope greedy jerks will end up bankrupt and in jail? Yep. -- Russ
