That is really, really cool! We'll be expecting something like that on the In-Ko-Pah shortly ...  :)

The whole thing is animated! The ore is brought up from the mine, loaded into cars, and hauled to the rotary dumper. Here's a video showing it in action:

The first five minutes is mostly narration and interviews with the builders (in Polish and Italian, respectively). So you might want to skip ahead to the five minute mark.
