Title: Simulated Brick & Plaster Finishes using Cork
Post by: marc_reusser on November 04, 2008, 08:54:28 AM
This project by the Spanish modeler Abilio Pineiro, was posted on the MIG Forum. I found the use of cork covered with plaster to represent the bricks in the chimney and the rough-cast plaster infill between the half-timbering, and the lower plaster wall & stone paver curb/sidewalk, very interesting. Thought mothers here might also. Scale is 1/35. The substrate, timbering, and other parts are all styrene.

This is just the very beginning of his project. I will post updates as they become available.
