Title: Old Gas Station (I think) in Laguna Beach, CA
Post by: Allan G on May 02, 2015, 04:14:31 PM
I've never posted photos on the Forum (I'm a newbie modeler) so I hope this works. I was in Laguna Beach and saw an auto repair shop that looked like an old gas station. I asked one of the employees who said it was previously a gas station but had no additional info. I hope these are of some help to someone or at least someone can tell me if it really was a gas station.....Allan

Welcome aboard, Allan!

Great little structure, certainly looks like an authentically restored vintage gas station.

Looks like it was originally a Richfield station. -- Russ

I can't tell from the small photo if that is the same station.

However, this web site says it was a Flying A station (see bottom of page)  Maybe some more Google search might find an old photo.
