Title: Click2Detail
Post by: Hauk on August 28, 2014, 01:12:35 PM
I just stumbled upon this printing service, Click2Detail:

http://www.click2detail.com (http://www.click2detail.com)

They offer prints on Objet printers with layer build at 16 microns.
I got a quote for my dear old mineral wagon hardware at $13.98,-

I have seen some videos on youtube, and the quality looks promising.

Would be interesting to hear if anyone have tried their service!

I wish they would primer the parts in the reviews. It's the best way to really see the surface quality. That chain is pretty neat though.

I agree. So check this out:

He is a little chatty at the beginning, but towards the end he gets the primer out!

Since I am very concerned about the smoothness of the horizontal planes, there is a very interesting moment around 3:00 where the lights is reflected off the top of the part. It looks surprisingly shiny wich is a good sign.

Good find! That helps to show the print quality.
