Here's a guy who's building a 1/60th model of a Boeing 777 using paper from manila folders. He's spent five years on it so far, and it seems to have every single detail of the prototype, inside and out. It also has many working parts, such as doors and door locks, hatches, flaps -- even working thrust reversers!

Most guys taking on a project that sophisticated seem either to modify and super detail paper kits or design their own laser kit. This guy seems to photocopy the outline of a part onto the Manila paper and cut it by hand. His model also may be the most complete I've ever seen in paper; he seems to have taken no detail shortcuts. The photos don't show whether he soaks parts in CA to form them. (When they dry they become like a plastic or wood part.) Most satisfactory.
I wonder what he will do in ten years when the model is finished ....

Throw it off his roof? Or stick fire-crackers in it...then throw it off the roof. ::)
Wow! That is just amazing.
