I recently stumbled upon a vendor on that auction site selling bags (10 grams) of watch parts for about $16
I figured at the least it would be good clutter. Search for steampunk gears.
There seems to be well over 100 little gears, stems, thingamabobs, doohickeys and whatchamacallits.
I ordered two bags.
Here is what I got, laid out on a 8 1/2 by 11 sheet of paper.
The largest gears (upper left) are .610" the smallest are well......
These would definitely work in the smaller scales!

If you want to explore them in more detail here is a link to my photobucket pic;

Not too many I can use on my machines, but maybe there is enough to make a 1/35 deli meat slicer! ::)
