Title: Old stamped metal storefront catalog?
Post by: Ray Dunakin on January 02, 2012, 06:33:41 PM
A while back, someone posted a link to an online version of an antique, stamped metal catalog that was full of illustrations of metal storefronts and other stamped metal architectural details. I thought I bookmarked the link but now I can't find it, and I'm having trouble locating the original post. Could someone please repost the link, or steer me to the original post?

This link has a good reference list:

And this one has links to the Mesker catalogs:

Ray, I totally misread your post. You were looking for stamped stuff, not cast iron, right?

Mesker did use stamped sheet metal.   That link is a good start.   I wasn't aware of this product until now.
