Any leads from this group? Specifically, I need child figures between the ages of 4 and 8, preferably male. Many thanks for any help.

Preiser makes some G scale ones but they aren't cheap. Maybe they would sell you some unpainted ones?

The Arttista line of 1/48th scale figures are often "chubby" so maybe you can just use 1/48th scale figures for children.

Just paint their pants and shirts in bright colors.
