I don't see why you couldn't lengthen or shorten it. I designed the hull so that we could eventually rerelease it with a different shaped back-end and accessories. :-)

Bill, that is pretty darn cool. Was it for a specific operation at Deep River (IE. Benson, Stimson, GP). Was it for compiling rafts or at mill operations?
I am an unreliable witness to my own existence.

My father in law ran the dump at deep River for over 50 years. The dump was on the east side of the slew.  The last I heard Brusco dredge and piliing owned teh dump.  I only helped him for one long weekend.  They made up rafts to send up the Columbia to Weyerhauser plant at Longview. He had a little skagit loader with a flat head ford engine on an A frame to dump the trucks.
