Workbench/diorama lighting

Some while back, I saw a neat LED strip for workbench lights. It mounted in an arc over the workspace, and was quite bright. I'm not sure if it was "dimable". Anyone recall that post? Can you share a link?

Previous reference was to a home made lighting arrangement.  All of the components should be found at a big box hardware chain.  The led strips are under cabinet lighting for kitchens and other uses and the supports come from the DIY metal rack in another part of the store.  Certainly within the skill set of most of this forum's members.
