Beautiful work Jacq... thanks for posting the link. This layout shares the admirable qualities of many fine British & European layouts, realistic proportion of railroad to "scenery" and subtle, consistent use of color. Perfect example of the less-is-more philosophy, something not often seen in american layouts which too often follow the John Allen model of the more the merrier.

Now where did I put that bobbing giraffe car...

It is a nice layout , and it lives less than 20 miles from me . Not that I expect to see it other than at an exhibition ,
