What paint works best on Grandt Line Delrin trucks?  I want a realistic, rusty color.  Thanks!

Hi Brent. Welcome to the forum.

I'm not sure I can be of any help..but...

I have not heard of any paint that works especially well, on Delrin...just because of the nature of the material. I have heard suggestions varying from lightly etching the surface so the paint sticks a bit better, to using very caustic R/C model type paints. Depending on handling, invariably though, they may all chip/peel.

A paint like a good acrylic that has a bit of "flex" to it may work better over a prepped suface, than a paint like Floquil which dries pretty hard/rigid.

Maybe someone else here can offer up better/more helpful, info.
