My friend, Kelly Morris, built this RGS C-16 for a client in 1:64 scale. Much of the model is scratchbuilt. Kelley also painted and weathered the model. -- Russ

Very nice... I didn't realize he was still building and painting. His painting work was a major inspiration for me back in the early 90s when I was custom-building and painting.
