Not to happy with a few things -Lighting suppose to be warm white but even with white balance settings appears very yellow a bit better in daylight - some alignment problems positions for heavy duty bolts - thinking of bringing the Trommel into the day light ! possible restart ! The upper deck now has the compressor shed in place
And fuel tanks for the deuce guzzling diesel engine

I am awaiting a new batch in the next days. Then I have to give a feedback and will ask him!

Great modeling surpasses any particular type. I'm definitely following your work.

I'd like a 1/24 cash register too, if possible, Darryl.

Volker, I'm afraid you'll have to stand in your own corner. Nick's is undergoing cleaning and renovation.

The reason I stopped publishing, even online, is money. Most hobbyists want money for photos and articles and that means publishers need income from advertising and subscriptions. Any publication focusing on good modeling, online or on paper, would have such a small paid circulation and so little advertising (if any) it would be impossible to stay in business for more than one or two issues. If it were possible, I'd be publishing on this website right now.

I think ALL of us are as interested in military models as in any other kind. A good model transcends genre and your modeling is exceptional. Please post anything you do as often as you like. -- Russ

I am fully aware, that this is not THE military modelling community, but perhaps you might be interested anyway  ::)
As I wrote before, I would like to improve all inaccurate parts of the kit. This means traditional scratch bulding and PE parts but in particular 3D designed parts.
Alas, what remains of the Tamiya hull and its components is not that much, just the basic shell.

Front and rear armor are CAD designed parts, also the suspension, final drive, wheels, sprokets and idler wheels ("my" Centurion had dish style idlers).

I also did some first tests in texturing the rolled armor plates, no idea what will remain at the end...

And there are already some new components waiting to be printed:

That's all for the moment - now back to the work bench!
Cheers, Peter
