Title: The Dustbuster
Post by: FichtenFoo on March 02, 2013, 10:05:03 PM

Started painting the Dustbuster Friday night. Got pretty far and am on to weathering now. Kit builds up quick and is a lot of fun so far! Started a SBS on the link below with how I did the chips, etc...

The combined appearance of the dirt, dust and steel is spot on!

Here's my final Dustbuster. Great little kit which goes together much easier than it looks thanks to freakishly clean casting.

The box cover shows more rocks and mountains in the back. Why didn't you model the mountains? -- ssuR

Hah! Maybe next time. That's just a fake cover/Wallpaper I did for the build. I usually do some sort of photoshopped cover image for whatever I build. It's part of the fun for me. :-)
