Floris Dilz is a dutch modeler, who's been and still is working at one hugh project in HO scale for years now: 'Le Bassin'. Being an addict to the nowadays almost gone heavy industry to me this is the very best I've ever seen at this scale and for sure it widens horizons about what modeling may be all about.
