Title: The work of Floris Dilz
Post by: Hydrostat on March 23, 2022, 01:14:12 PM
Floris Dilz is a dutch modeler, who's been and still is working at one hugh project in HO scale for years now: 'Le Bassin' (https://lebassin.net/). Being an addict to the nowadays almost gone heavy industry to me this is the very best I've ever seen at this scale and for sure it widens horizons about what modeling may be all about. Well, somehow, at least. Check out his Flickr page, too: https://www.flickr.com/people/floris_dilz/ (https://www.flickr.com/people/floris_dilz/)

Cheers

Whether "the best" or one of a small group of topnotch HO scale modelers, Dilz' work is inspirational. Thank you for posting the links, Volker. -- Russ

Thanks for the link Volker. That's an amazing amount of work. It's impossible to believe it's HO scale.

Holy cow, that's some incredibly fine work! Hard to believe it's HO scale -- it's so realistic!

This is really the highest model building art in this scale. Thanks for the link.
