Hello thank you for the words of appreciation,

in the meantime I have found some time and would like to show some additional explanatory pictures.

That was the starting point of the almost finished Xrot R13 tender.

The water box lids are now also new and not only hinted at

Of course, to open now.

The drill gauges with which over 1200 additional rivet holes were drilled.
The rivets were glued in.

I could tell you applied individual rivets and the appearance is better than punched rivets. But, of course, we expect perfection from you .... -- Russ

Hello

It goes on cheerfully on the Xrot R12, let's see, maybe someone is interested?

Here is the first of the two battery boxes.

Of course, the doors can be opened.

Meanwhile, blacked out.

Let's see how and if it goes on inside?

Since you can see the steam dome from outside through the roof, we also recreated it.  The required two safety valves can be seen.  One of them can also be triggered manually according to regulations.  The valves are turned parts made of brass.

The steam dome with the safety valves has now been fitted under the roof cutout.
