Hello,

I've decided to let you participate in my small Christmas construction project.

Here is the first finished and unfinished parts are more visible.

Even after all 5 parts of this compound lever is one of them.

This car trailer socket is of course also included.

Now I go back to my workshop and look at times if I do not bring some parts finished.

Is this the winner in the unofficial "Smallest Brass Part Ever Shown On The Westlake Publishing Forums"  ?

Would be interesting to know what type of camera /lens you used for this picture, the macro function seems to be quite great.
Regards, Hauk

This is just crazy. This takes the cake. (Dies nimmt den Kuchen ..ahem, Lebkuchen  ;D)...I acant even imagine how one would hold this part to work it and machine it!  ???

Merry Christmas,

and here is the first image from the locomotive frame.

All frame components are joined together to test and fit perfectly.
A first rolling sample, the result, the locomotive will also run.

Mr Potato Head

is that "clear" 90mph duct tape ??? ??? ???
The offical duct tape of NASSCAR :o ::)

Please excuse my English text that was so obviously incomprehensible.

It is an assembly with tape purely for test purposes before everything is soldered.
If you know a better method by which I can test the fit of the parts ls it me to know.

In any case, the original locomotive maximum 6 kmh slowly to wet Cars is more than a siege tower in the way and at 20 mm plate wins the locomotive.
After that helps NASSCAR certainly no more tape.

Beautiful work, Helmut! I would hate to drop one of those parts into the carpet. (and I know I would!)

Very fiddly Helmut, nice work. And I don't drop small parts like that ever, they become projectiles from my tweezers before I get a chance to drop them.

Is that a kit or your own creation?
Quite stunning!

Hi Marty,

yes, it is the self-construction of a mine locomotive.
All material shown on my part I have made myself.

BBA Metalist locomotive No. 3, visitor mine Klosterstollen.
Moreover, I have previously controlled by the engine itself visitor moves in the mine.

On the work of, and with very small parts I will still report elsewhere.

Luck on,

just my BBA Metalist has completed the first test drive.

The entirety not only on a chassis dynamometer, or a piece of straight track, but with me on the brake mountain monastery of Great model.

After I was able to start up the engine even on the pitch, I am with my own design of drives excellent.

Hi all,

after the engine is running very satisfactory indeed I continue devoted to the exterior.

BBA front with reflector holders.

At the same time I started for the remaining bodies to an etching drafting film.
