Yes, he is using like the rubber cement.

The best translation program out there is Google Translate:  http://translate.google.com/#de|en|

Go to the page, enter (copy/paste) the Modellboard URL from your message into the box....in the translate from box select German, and the to box, English......then press the translate button under the box on the right, and it will translate the entire page/thread.
