If anyone westward is interested, the International Plastic Modelers' Society Nationals are in Phoenix this summer, August 1-4, but you REALLY don't have to go outside where it can be just a bit warm at that time of year. If you have a day or two, plan on Friday or Saturday when the most models will be on display. There should be around 2,000 models there, yes, about half aircraft, but lots to see whatever your interest.   DF

Not gonna make it-- still concentrating on all the fun little details that new research has turned up, reworking some of the parts done too long ago, and procrastinating heavily about painting the thing. I doubt that I will be driving to Chattanooga, Tennessee, next year but hoping for somewhere not too far in 2020! Model making is a journey, not a destination, as you well know...   DF
