... drivers mounted backwards.  Well at least around here the lugs face forward to center

I noticed that.   The reason for the lugs to face the other way (forward as Rick said) is so the lugs don't fill up with mud and dirt.
That way they are sort of self cleaning....the lugs force the mud out instead of clogging up.

Nice build of that kit.

Nick, I stand corrected, apparently the MK35 Tractor is based on a McCormick-Deering / International-Harvester so probably stood a better chance of being seen in the Uk than the Zetor. (just found a piccy of it in my "Utlimate Guide to Tractors" book (that's being a bit "nerdish" I know). Its just the price of the kit that puts me off now (itsd twice that of the Zetor). Would also look better with steels on instead of tyres.
