I neglected to post the 1st Edition here, but since you guys are so interested in the Deckhands, perhaps you'll like her as well. I decided to go ahead and start the 2nd Edition Preorders. So 50 more pieces of each Sasha scale, 1/35 and 1/32, have been added to the shop. These will probably ship May/June. Thanks for making her a huge success! $16 + Shipping.

Also coming in 1/35 and 1/24 is Jose Alves da Silva's (the Sasha artist) Barrio Guy. He's not on the site yet, but you may have seen him posted in the iMech facebook page. Here's his original 3D render. http://josealvessilva.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d2v4e3f

The Bario Guy looks like a good must have as well.

Marty,

Natalia, both the original and recast were apparently pretty poor quality.

You could probably sculpt as good a one using some male figure parts, some miliput, and a head from one of the other female figures on the market.

How about one of these (hint Michael  Grin).... a Kate Beckensale/Underworld one would do as well.  Grin

Or use her as the Bearded Lady in a circus diorama.   Wink

Marty,

There's a boat-load of females figures here to help satisfy your "Natalia" need.

http://aurora-model.jp/e-military.html

..some repeats from above, and some additional...lik the "base nudes" for sculpting your own clothing/outfit.

Tamiya also has a Russian woman tanker here:

And your desire for lead poisoning. Fun! Undecided That's too bad (I'm kinda cautions about those things) as I really like some of those. (especially the cats!) I'll stick with my cancerous resin! Grin

The "Natalia" Dallas started with was pretty good (at least the copy)
I thought she was a good "pilot" for the 'thropter with the leather helmet in hand and tank top.
I did look for others but didnt see what was posted here.

Sorry to hijack your thread Fichten!

The Natalia that I got was a knock-off from a Chinese seller on ebay ... don't see any listed now.  Casting was decent.  Did a slight bit of additional carving to define hair, but no biggie there.  Surface wasn't as rough as illustration that mark posted ... which looks like it might have been the victim of bad primer coat and/or re-casting of a mis-handled piece ...  (Just went & looked at mine again ... same head, same basic pose, but mine came wearing a tight T-shirt ... no uniform jacket ... maybe there were different versions?  Or that's someone's modification of the figure?  Dunno)

Photo below shows a similar figure from Black Dog in Czech Republic (or whatever it's called now) ... called F35039 US Woman Soldier in Afghanistan:
http://www.blackdog.cz/fig35.html

These are currently available on ebay (a bit pricey) ... should be other sources (Jadar Hobbies in Poland, UK dealer, etc if you search Black Dog F35039 on web) ... also listed on Military Min. Warehouse site, but not shown in stock yet:
http://www.milminwh.com/black_dog_modern_p1.htm

Another Edit:  There were (2) versions of Natalia made by Yoschi, the one in T-shirt is listed "out of stock" (sorry!):   http://www.miniature-park.com/index_e.php

Cheers,
Dallas

In case you didn't get the email, there was issues with the 1/32 Sasha casts that went out. More info here on the issues and getting a replacement:
