    Details:

    The plans are from the September 1985 Model Railroader. Baby Shay article and drawings by Allen J. Brewster. A 13-ton, two-foot gauge Class A Shay. Other pix numbers: 387, 389, 526, 527, 528. There are still some parts missing. I will finish these, weather, add clutter and fuel. Uncle Russ will publish in an upcoming issue of the magazine.
